The Kitchen

Since we moved in our home, I have wanted to change practically everything in it. Being first time home buyers our eyes our bigger than our budget. So walls that once wore wallpaper have been bare since right after we moved in. This past week Brandon was out of town and I took this opportunity to tackle the Kitchen. I am in love with the green I chose for our wall. The image “http://edsmithfamily.jot.com/PhotoGallery/Pictures/2_jpg__115190375487865_34842970588139” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

The next three pictures are what the kitchen looked like at the beginning of the week.

The next few pictures are what it looks like now.

I still have the cabinet doors to paint.

This what my clean laundry looks like after a week of ignoring. Makes a great laundry basket right.

  4. Nice work, Tassi! I like the color too. You've almost tempted me to paint my kitchen. I'm totally impressed you painted your cabinets. That's a scary step to take. So much work!

So what's the name of your color anyway? I have a green I'd like to try in my half bath, but I'm scared to death of having it turn out too bright.

  9. I'm so nervous to paint my cabinets, but have been planning on doing it since we moved in. Email me the steps, like did you sand or prep the surface. I'll have to do it when Troy is out of town though :)
